After this morning, I remain convinced that 99% of the meetings that I have to sit through could be emails. I’m falling asleep. It amazes me how much time corporate America spends in meetings that could be communicated in better ways, ways that don’t make people want to crawl under the desk and take a nap. I wish I could have taken this call at work, but I would have been interrupted 5000 times, which would defeat the purpose. So that means that I sadly need to head into work at 2:30.

I have a short break, and then it’s time for therapy. I might have to take a quick snooze.

    1. This was an hour and a half for about 5 minutes of new information. Everything else was things we’ve all seen and heard already. I’m irritated I gave up my morning – and being able to sleep in – for that.

    1. Exactly. I hate meetings like that. At an old job they had a staff meeting every month. As lab techs we had to go to at least six of them. It was a giant circle jerk for other departments. Often times if work overnight and then stay and it was beyond grueling.
