The Interview

The interview went… really well. By halfway through it wasn’t “if,” it was “when.” When you get an offer, when you start, etc. I’m hopeful that that’s a positive sign that I’m going to get an offer soon. She said within the next week or two, so… fingers crossed. Honestly, after the interview this job seems like it’ll be a really good fit. It’s very data heavy, which is right up my alley. And at the very least, it’s gets my foot in the door in one of the biggest healthcare companies in the country.

I was so keyed up this morning, that when I got home I passed out on the couch for a few hours. That always happens to me – when the nerves and anxiety bleed off I need a nap.

My stepdad was convinced I’d get a call by the end of the day. Obviously not, but if my radar is any good, I might get a call this week. I’m hoping.

So… now it’s the waiting game. I’m not good at that game. But I have to be.
